The topics we will be discussing this afternoon are:

  • Testing on manufacturability
  • Integration of the AM production-chain (automation software /data collection)

These topics are hit by discussing relevant cases and theses from both point of views: scientific research and industrial realisation! Examples are:

  • New versus used materials to repair 3D printed parts
  • Certification is a false safety feeling!

Participating Industry:

Participating sciences:

  • Matthijs Langelaar - Mechanical Engineering – Computational Design and Mechanics
  • Nathan Eskue – Aerospace Engineering – AI for Manufacturing
